Who runs it

Care Plan Inc. was founded in 2009 by Sam Noor, who continues to lead the company today. Our nursing team writes every care plan. Our caregivers are W-2 employees, fully bonded and insured, working under direct nursing supervision. We have served more than 2,500 Southeast Michigan families.
